Prices are for 1-4 people.

A fifth guest cost €10,- pro night more.

Childrens till 2 year are free.

A cot can be added on the master bedroom.

High Chair on request .

Pats are not allowed.

De prices are includes:

• Bedding
• Towels total 3 pro person /pro stay
• 4 kitchen towels and 4 tea towels
• Wifi
• Heating

The Prices does not include :

• Tourist taks € 0.76 /pro person/pro night
• Cleaning ( €70 pro stay)
• Cancellation Insurance ( possible, by your self to shutdown  )
• Deposit  € 100 pro stay

Change over day  (at 3 or more nights : you can all days arrive, but not on sunday) 

Change over day: Friday ( bij 7 nights) :

• Arrival after   15.00 uur or later.
• Departure before  10.00 uur or earlier.
